At Eclipse, we take pride in the quality, structure, and craftsmanship of every garment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our team will assist you according to the terms below.
Return and Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and unaltered
- Free from stains, fragrances, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with its original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice
- In a condition suitable for resale
Eclipse reserves the right to reject products that do not meet these requirements.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within the eligible return period, subject to stock availability.
Customers are encouraged to review the product size guide carefully before placing an order.
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the customer may select another eligible product or receive store credit, subject to approval.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns requested because of personal preference, sizing choice, or change of mind may be accepted after inspection.
For approved change-of-mind returns:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return delivery charges will be paid by the customer
- Any additional delivery charges for an exchange may be paid by the customer
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Products
If Eclipse sends an incorrect product or the product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, Eclipse will cover the reasonable return and replacement delivery costs.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or an unboxing video.
Normal fabric texture, minor measurement differences, or slight colour variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
- Items altered, customised, or personalised for the customer
- Items damaged through misuse, washing, ironing, or improper care
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable
Promotional or discounted products may be exchange-only unless otherwise stated.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our quality-control team.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Refunds for prepaid orders will normally be issued through the original payment method, where possible.
Cash on Delivery refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another mutually agreed method.
Any banking or payment-provider processing time is outside Eclipse’s control.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer-support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team and provide:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name and size
- Reason for the request
- Clear photographs or video, where relevant
Do not send any item back without first receiving return instructions from Eclipse.
