Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and will be shown during checkout.
Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount available when receiving their order.
Eclipse reserves the right to request advance payment or order confirmation for high-value orders, repeated failed deliveries, or orders considered potentially fraudulent.
Order Confirmation
Our team may contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Address Changes
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including a reachable phone number.
Address changes can only be requested before an order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we may be unable to redirect the shipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt. If the customer remains unavailable, refuses the parcel, or provides an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to Eclipse.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
Damaged, Opened, or Incorrect Parcels
Please inspect the parcel before accepting it whenever the courier allows.
If your order arrives damaged, opened, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Eclipse within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
International Shipping
Eclipse currently primarily serves customers within Pakistan. International delivery, when available, will be shown during checkout or announced through our official channels.
